Shipping policy

At Jorix, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping process, including estimated delivery times and costs.

Delivery Locations

We currently only deliver to the UK.

Shipping Time Estimates

  • Total shipping time: 7-10 business days
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days (order preparation, packaging, and dispatch)
  • Transit time: 6-7 business days (time taken for the courier to deliver the package)
  • Order up to 10 PM to process your order the next day.

Note:

  • Business days refer to Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like courier delays or peak seasons.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 10 PM UK time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Costs

  • We provide free shipping on all orders, regardless of size or weight—no extra shipping fees, ever!

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package via the provided courier link.

Missed or Lost Deliveries

  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated time frame, please contact us at RJKholding@outlook.com.
  • If a package is marked as "delivered" but not received, check with your local courier or neighbors.
  • Jorix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will assist in resolving any issues.

Additional Information

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (BFPO/APO/FPO).
  • Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unexpected delays.
